Client:

Tu Cantón

Redesign “Tu canton” webpage to increase traffic and become easier to use, and increase new clients adoption

Sector: Real State

Provided expertise: User research | Service design | CX strategy | UX design (conceptual)

Project Time: two weeks

Approach: it was a challenge due the short time to do it, nice fact is that is an actual working app, a couple meetings with stakeholders were made before starting to know their ideas, span of resources and expected results, so started with a Customer Journey Map (CJM) to know initial status and started to create a mini backlog, asked for the branding book and they never had it, so had to create a mood board, atomic elements and user testing. After a week had initial wirefreames, and insights, they approved and continued with Hi-Res prototypes, an A/B Testing resulting in a thumbs up project at the final presentation.

Backlog

Rather than focusing in the problem presented from stakeholdes, I focused in user needs, so the following Backlog was discussed and focused on:

v Describe what "my canton" does, how and why. Clearly at the top

v Standardize fonts, sizes and colors.

v Indicate what does what.

v Create a landing page that has "punch", concise and precise.

v When presenting results, the detail area is clearer and the photos can be enlarged to full screen.

v Possibility to choose your consultant

v Improve the search area

v Present the "amenities" around of the property
